Are you ready to make your house shine?

If you're thinking about capitalizing on this extra time at home to complete a few more house projects, you're in good company!

Ashley Louis Design and I have partnered up to share some easy ways to get your house "list ready". No matter if you plan to sell in a few months or in a couple years, we are here to help make your home shine!

You’re going to notice a couple of trends. Think neutrals and minimalism! The more neutrals and the less clutter the better. Remember when you’re thinking about listing your house, you want it to appeal to the masses. The more people you get in the door the better odds you will have to not only receive one offer, but hopefully multiple offers. This will ultimately help you increase your returns.

By utilizing this checklist proactively, you will be able to shorten your listing “prep period” and maximize your financial gains. Sounds pretty great, right? Less stress. More money. What’s not to love?

You might be thinking... "Well, I have more specific questions for my home?" No problem! Ashley Louis Design is offering virtual design consultations, and on top of that, I am offering FREE home market evaluations!

Instructions are sent prior to consults, outlining a list of photographs and/or videos to be taken for each room in your home. This allows us to make more informed decisions based on important details of your individual home such as finishes and layout. From there, a personalized consult can begin!

If you have any questions, I’m only an email away!

Best of luck,

Jen
